The Proenza Schouler designers, Lazaro Hernandez and Jack McCollough, were inspired by surfing and skating for their spring/summer 2010 collection. "We wanted something young, something that felt fresh, so we looked to surfing and skating, the things we grew up on." For the handbags this translated into brightly colored sporty chic designs. The bags are slightly on the wild side, with animal prints and multiple bright color combinations, but the overall effect is fabulous. Who's going to carry a Proenza Schouler spring 2010 handbag?
