One of my all time favorite handbag brands is Coach. You can always find a fabulous bag at a reasonable price in a Coach boutique, whether you want to spend two hundred bucks or a thousand.
Celebs can usually be seen at some time or another carrying Coach handbags, be it Molly Sims or Hayden Panettiere (shown). She's carrying the camel colored patent sabrina bag, one of my favorite from their current collection. I also like the plum version. This bag is patent leather with a detachable leather and chain shoulder strap. However I think the gold chain in the strap are pert of what makes this a great bag, so it should stay attached, even if your not using it. Available at Nordstrom
