Yes, yes, yes, the Fall 2010 Givenchy handbags have arrived and there are more nightingales, my favorite style. My favorite versions of the Nightingale from this season and last are the studded bags. The tone colored leather studs gives the bag more style, while keeping the overall look fairly simple. I also like the gold Givenchy logo at the base of the handles, it’s a nod to the brand, but still discreet.

I have loved most of the Givenchy handbags from the spring and summer 2010 collection, but this is one of my favorites. It’s a front flap shoulder bag, but still soft and slouchy like a tote. It is black leather with gold toned stud accents. The top flap closure is decorated with gold toned spiked studs, embossed stars and a circular plate with the Givenchy logo. It has a single shoulder strap with gold toned rings at the bottom and gold toned logo on either sides of the handle. There is a front snap closure, front slit pocket under the flap, and black canvas lining with two front slot pockets and one back wall zippered pocket. Available at Mytheresa.com, $1,575.

Givenchy handbags are becoming the bag to have with the Hollywood set seen toting them around. Aside from the geometric, 3D print bags from this season, they usually have an understated casual style. This bag is cream colored nylon with the Givenchy logo shaded in the background. The bag is soft and somewhat slouchy. It has a black leather handle and black leather zipper pulls. This fabulous Givenchy tote is a beautiful, stylish accessory, and it’s also unique design. The bag has two diagonal top zip openings instead of the standard zipper across the top. You pull the zippers down to make the opening wider. 

This bag is black leather with gold toned hardware. It has a textured shiny surface, double top handles, gold toned logo on front and v style inverted pleat detailing on both sides. I love sequined bags to begin with but couple it with my favorite style, the tote, and it’s a must have. Not to mention that it’s from the super hot label Givenchy. This is a great day to night bag, especially if, like me, clutch evening bags aren’t a realistic option.
