The Balenciaga Handbag collection for Fall 2009 is very diverse with many styles, colors, and materials. These two bags, however, are my absolute favorite. The pink one is the Balenciagia Clutch "tanl" in laser two-coloured crocodile with silver hardware. The color is so beautiful and perfectly accented by the silver detail. The other bag is the Balenciagia Clutch "tube" on laser crocodile and agate, and also incredibly gorgeous. The agate stone detail sets this bag apart.

I love this bright and colorful Balenciaga handbag. It is the Balenciaga Latticed City Bag. It is multi-coloured latticed lambskin with beige or navy trim and handles. It has aged brass hardware and a zip closure across the center of the bag with stitched handles on either side of the central opening. It also has a removable shoulder strap and a beige or navy leather framed hand mirror. This would be a great everyday handbag, measuring - width 38cm height 24cm depth 15cm and a great way to add color to your outfit. Available at Browns, $1,627.

Here are two of my favorite Balenciaga handbags from the Spring 2009 collection. There is the Classic Iridescent crocodile pouchette and the Lizard Cherche pouchette with blue agate. The clean and simple shape of these bags emphasizes the exotic skins and beautiful colors. Blue Agate is a beautiful, bright stone and looks gorgeous next to the the peach lizard skin. Hopefully we get the chance to actually see these bags in stores, unlike too many of the runway handbags.

I love, love, love this handbag. I love the mix of colors and the snakeskin in the center ( the peach part ). It comes in two other colors, but this is my favorite. It's a 'lil pricey, $2,475, but it also comes with a leather framed hand mirror!
